Responsibilities
-
comprehensive management of residential development projects (from obtaining a building permit to occupancy permit and investment settlement)
-
preparation of construction sites: obtaining utility connection conditions (electricity, water), commissioning design and execution of connections, organizing access roads and fencing
-
coordination of industry inspectors’ work: preparing contracts, leading coordination meetings, supervising inspectors, and representing the investor in relations with the General Contractor
-
cooperation in defining technical conditions and standards, as well as verification of design documentation
-
negotiating terms with the General Contractor and subcontractors, participating in contractual arrangements
-
coordination of the apartment finishing stage – from design to execution
-
participation in ESG-related activities and organization of warranty service

preparing and conducting tender procedures
Requirements
-
minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction projects as a Project Manager on the Investor’s side (residential investments) or with a General Contractor
-
excellent knowledge of the construction process
-
experience in conducting tenders for construction works and negotiating contracts with contractors
-
experience in organizing and supervising construction in terms of schedules, quality, and costs
-
ability to realistically assess the progress of work and identify potential risks that may affect project timelines
-
knowledge of procedures and regulations related to investment implementation
-
advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)
