Responsibilities

providing support to Project Managers – from land acquisition through to the handover of units to clients
-
managing the flow of project-related documentation
-
organizing and maintaining project documentation archives
-
taking meeting minutes and maintaining records of project meeting outcomes
-
supporting the process of obtaining formal and legal approvals, such as environmental decisions, zoning conditions, and building permits
-
acquiring surveying documentation and public records
-
coordinating the approval process of project documentation and verifying its compliance
-
supporting the preparation of sales and marketing materials for projects
-
supporting Project Managers in verifying formal and technical documents
-
providing support to Project Managers in the preparation of periodic reports
Requirements
-
experience in working for a real estate developer, general contractor, or architectural/design office
-
university degree, preferably in a technical field such as spatial planning or surveying
-
strong organizational skills
-
strong communication skills and ability to multitask
-
willingness to pursue professional development
-
advanced command of English (C1 level)
-
knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of MS Project would be an asset)
-
familiarity with administrative and construction regulations will be an advantage
