COSY MOKOTÓW

MOXO HOUSE is an exceptional investment in the heart of Warsaw Mokotów district, just a few minutes walk from the Metro Racławicka station.This carefully designed, simple-form building consists of four above-ground storeys housing 13 apartments.
The unique atmosphere of the whole is created by stylishly selected colors of the façade and large-format windows, perfectly matching the elegant arrangement of greenery around the building.
All elements of MOXO HOUSE are individually finished using materials of a higher standard, according to a dedicated design and supervision of an interior architect. Monochrome interior with carefully selected finishing elements - every detail in this minimalist space will meet the expectations of design lovers.
The apartments are the soul of MOXO HOUSE. Thanks to their functional layout and the 3-meter high ceiling, they all provide a lot of space. Duplex penthouses with a mezzanine and a spacious terrace or apartments with private gardens guarantee the highest level of lifestyle and comfort. The apartments have two parking spaces in a comfortable underground garage and storage rooms.

APARTMENTS FULL OF LIGHT

Located just a 5-minute walk from the North Sea, Residence Mon Bijou combines history with a dynamic urban environment.In the place where previously the Mon Bijou Hotel welcomed guests,
a contemporary residential building is being constructed.  
Its residents will have space to enjoy the sun and view of the bustling market square.
The designers of the residence wanted to make the best use of its ideal location. Therefore, thanks to the well thought-out form and layout of the entire building, facades and large balconies will stay sunny throughout all day. The unique shape of the building also provides a wide range of apartments with various room layouts.
The spaciousness and light – those are the features that distinguish all 14 stylish apartments in the residence. Their best representation are a two-level penthouse, and an apartment covering the entire floor. In addition, each apartment has a well-located terrace (from approx. 6 to approx. 75 m²)

Following the impressive city development project

De Kien is a city district in Kortrijk located on the banks of the Leie River. It is an example of a carefully planned metamorphosis of a post-industrial location and the migration of city life towards waterside areas. It is one of twelve locations which, according to the city council’s zoning plans, will form a fully developed area together. The new district will consist of residential buildings, green areas, squares and a footbridge connecting the waterfront with the Buda island. The creators wanted to use the potential of this area and design the perfect place to go for a walk, rest and spend time with family and friends.

Currently, we are building three residences in the De Kien district - Legia, Scaldis and Lisbourg – with room for 28 modern apartments. These comfortable and cleverly planned properties will be equipped with all necessary amenities. The project boasts large windows, terraces and gardens and fits within the scope of a green city that opens to riverside areas.

We shape our future

Welcome to Eeklo, a city located in the heart of historic Flanders where the Wegelpark project will be realised. The Wegelpark development will offer perfect living conditions for a very diverse group of customers in 40 attractive and newly built apartments, 21 modern dwellings 4 multi-family homes. Each apartment will have an optimal layout, proper interior finishing, 1-3 bedrooms and a private patio or garden overlooking the park. The underground zone will consist of garages, parking spaces, storage spaces and places where you can safely park your car or leave your bike.

Innovative heating network in Eeklo

As part of a joint initiative of the Huyzentruyt group, Veolia and the Eeklo city council, a heating network was created in Wegelpark to reduce fossil fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, contributing to a significant improvement in air quality. Houses and apartments within Wegelpark will use residual heat from, among others, a nearby swimming pool and sports facility, and in about five years also from a municipal waste incineration plant. Moreover, the initiative allows residents to completely give up the idea of gas heating and connection to the gas network. This means they won’t have to worry about fire hazards and the resulting high insurance rates.

This is the first project that involves this type of heating system. The Huyzentruyt group will make every effort to ensure that all future projects can be equipped with similar solutions.

A combination of historic values and modern achitecture

With this investment located near one of the most famous Belgian squares - St. Peter’s Square in Ghent – we strived to preserve its historical elements. We believe they highlight the style and unique character of the property as well as its surroundings. The refurbishment of this beautiful and historic building resulted in an original combination of authentic elements with contemporary architecture. In addition to preserving historical values and original architectural elements such as high ceilings, we also restored the façades to their original splendour. At the same time, we added a new section consisting of two parts, giving rise to the new Piazza San Pietro. The name refers to the lively local district that is home to a variety of cultural events as well as concerts by world artists. In the heart of the city we created 18 residential and 2 commercial properties with a view of the carefully renovated 19th-century monuments, the monumental Church of Our Lady and St. Peter’s Abbey.
