Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • coordination and oversight of the sales process for residential and commercial developments

  • coordination and supervision of sales offices and sales teams

  • co-creating and implementing the sales strategy for development projects

  • preparation and updating of sales and investment offers

  • cooperation with the marketing department in the planning and execution of coherent sales and marketing activities

  • collaboration with real estate brokers, agencies, and external partners

  • conducting commercial negotiations, including the sale of commercial space

  • building and developing B2B business relationships

  • monitoring the achievement of sales targets and reporting results

  • analysis of sales data and market trends in the real estate development sector

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a residential real estate development company

  • comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and hands-on experience with development projects

  • strong negotiation skills and experience in conducting commercial negotiations

  • excellent communication and organisational skills

  • independence, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously

  • ability to work under time pressure and achieve sales targets

  • fluent English at an advanced level (B2)

  • strong MS Office skills and experience with modern sales and data analysis tools
