Responsibilities

coordination and oversight of the sales process for residential and commercial developments

coordination and supervision of sales offices and sales teams

co-creating and implementing the sales strategy for development projects

preparation and updating of sales and investment offers

cooperation with the marketing department in the planning and execution of coherent sales and marketing activities

collaboration with real estate brokers, agencies, and external partners

conducting commercial negotiations, including the sale of commercial space

building and developing B2B business relationships

monitoring the achievement of sales targets and reporting results

analysis of sales data and market trends in the real estate development sector
Requirements
-
minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a residential real estate development company

comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and hands-on experience with development projects
-
strong negotiation skills and experience in conducting commercial negotiations
-
excellent communication and organisational skills
-
independence, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
-
ability to work under time pressure and achieve sales targets
-
fluent English at an advanced level (B2)
-
strong MS Office skills and experience with modern sales and data analysis tools
