Following MOXO HOUSE in Mokotów, we are working on launching further projects in Warsaw.
The project in Praga Północ has already obtained a building permit and is currently at the stage of preparing to start construction. Projects in Bemowo, Białołęka, Bielany, Wawer, Włochy and Wola are also in the pipeline. Ultimately, in a few years’ perspective, we will deliver to the market more than 2,100 flats with a total area exceeding 97,000 sqm.
We are constantly increasing our land resources for new investments, diversifying our offer to customers with different needs. We also plan to introduce our offer to the largest regional cities in Poland. The first on the list of new locations is Wrocław, where we have opened a new company office.
