Following the success of MOXO HOUSE, the time has come to realise further investments in line with our business strategy.
Our new investment will be built in Praga Północ, in Żerań. The location of the investment is not accidental. The project is located at Jagiellońska Street, which is one of the main arteries in Warsaw. According to the redevelopment plan for Żerań, Jagiellońska Street is to be transformed into a metropolitan avenue and greened.
We intend to actively participate in the revitalisation of the area by creating a pocket park. The plan is to create a green area in the vicinity of the investment, with small architecture elements for recreation and leisure.
The new investment involves the construction of a 7-storey multi-family building with service premises on the ground floor and a single-level underground car park at Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. The project will comprise 143 flats with 2 to 4 rooms and areas ranging from 33 to 79 sqm. Each flat will have a balcony or loggia.
