Evaluation of absorption analyses prepared by external parties

Implementation of RES standards in housing projects

Assisting in the development of the PRS building programme and standards, including fit-out standards

Participation in and assistance with technical Due Diligence

Participation in the preparation and evaluation of project documentation

Participation in the preparation and evaluation of project documentation

Participation in the development of the PRS programme and building standards

Participation in preparation of estimated investment budgets on the basis of the concept and construction design

Market analyses with regard to prices of construction materials
Requirements
-
Higher degree in architecture or construction
-
Previous work for a developer or in an office cooperating with a major developer
-
Experience in performing absorption for plots (based on development conditions, local zoning plan)
-
Knowledge of planning regulations
-
Experience in implementing innovative projects
-
Proficiency in evaluating conceptual and construction projects
-
Knowledge of project timetables
-
Knowledge of construction industry prices
-
Knowledge of the technical aspects of residential building design
-
Knowledge of PRS, sustainability - RES
-
Knowledge of software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Archicad, etc.

Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level (B1/B2)
