Responsibilities

Collaboration with an external architectural firm on the aesthetics of the designed architecture, detailing, interior design of common areas

Supervision of the design process from the point of view of architectural aesthetics, detailing, interior design of common areas

Co-creation of the standard of the building's finish from the aesthetic, technical and cost sides

Assist in the development of the PRS building program and standard
-
Evaluation of absorption analyses prepared by external parties
-
Performing absorption analyses
-
Participate and assist in conducting Due Diligence from the technical side
-
Preparation and evaluation of project documentation
-
Assist in making estimated budgets for investments based on concept and construction design
Requirements
-
Higher education in architecture
-
Previous work in an architectural office and/or with a developer
-
Experience in managing the project from the side of design, standard of finish
-
Experience in performing absorption for land parcels (based on development conditions, local development plan)
-
Knowledge of design regulations
-
Proficiency in evaluating conceptual and construction projects
-
Knowledge of project schedules
-
Knowledge of pricing in the construction industry
-
Knowledge of technical aspects of residential design, including sustainability and PRS issues
-
Creativity
-
Knowledge of software like Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Archicad etc.

Knowledge of English at an intermediate level ( B1/B2)
