TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Conducting housing projects from obtaining a building permit through selection of the method of implementation, selection of contractors, supervision of implementation to obtaining an occupancy permit and settlement of the investment, in particular: Preparing the construction site by: Obtaining connection conditions (electricity, water), ordering designs and making connections for construction purposes, fencing the construction site, access roads

  • Coordination of the work of teams of inspectors: Preparation of agreements with companies servicing the investment, participation in coordination meetings, supervision of the work of inspectors, representation of the investor to the General Contractor.

  • Participate in the establishment of conditions, standards and verification of technical documentation at each level

  • Participate in negotiations and arrangements with the General Contractor and other contractors

  • Preparation and participation in the work of finishing apartments (design and execution stage)

  • Participation in work on ESG

  • Participation in the work on the organization of the warranty service

  • Preparation and participation in tender procedures

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the implementation of residential buildings as a Project Manager on the side of the Investor (residential developments) or General Contractor

  • Very good knowledge of the construction process

  • Experience in conducting tenders for construction works and negotiating contracts with contractors

  • Ability to estimate the real state of progress of the work and identify any risks that may affect the smooth progress of the work

  • Knowledge of procedures and regulations related to the implementation of investments

  • knowledge of MS Office software, knowledge of MS Project would be an advantage

  • advanced knowledge of English, including industry-specific terminology
